What is wall cleaning, exactly?

Wall cleaning is a deep-cleaning process that removes dirt, grease, crayon, fingerprints, smoke stains, pet messes, and more - without the need for repainting. It’s fast, effective, and saves you thousands compared to traditional paint jobs. Think of it as a spa day for your walls - restoring color, freshness, and vibrancy without the mess or cost of paint.

What surfaces are included?

We clean the full height of every wall - floor to ceiling (up to 8 or 12 feet depending on service). All packages include total wall coverage.

Basic service includes light dusting of baseboards, switches, and trim.

Mid and heavy-duty services include wet washing of baseboards, moldings, switches, and doors.

We do not clean ceilings, floors, windows, or general household surfaces. We’re laser-focused on walls - because specializing means better results and more value for you.

Does the cleaning process remove paint?

Sometimes, yes - and that’s not a bad thing. During deep cleaning, we remove built-up grime, residue, and contaminants. In some cases, that top layer of buildup may be holding onto loose or aging paint. When that comes off, it can reveal the cleaner, more vibrant paint underneath. This is exactly why we don’t offer spot cleaning - cleaning isolated areas can end up looking brighter than the rest of the wall because it will reveal the all over layer of grime you didn't know was there, creating visible contrast. Instead, we treat the entire surface evenly to ensure a consistent, refreshed finish.

How often should you clean your walls?

We recommend cleaning your walls about once a year. That said, high-traffic areas - like kitchens, entryways, or homes with kids or pets - may need more frequent service. Wall cleaning is the perfect upgrade to your annual deep clean. A perfect way to take your Spring Cleaning to the next level. It’s a fast, cost-effective way to keep your home feeling fresh all year-round.

We offer flat-rate pricing, so there are no surprises - just one clear price based on your service level.

Lift (moderate buildup): $149/room

Do I need an in-home estimate?

Nope! Just book online by letting us know which rooms to include and which service level you’d like. When we arrive, we’ll walk the space with you and confirm everything before getting started. Need help choosing the right level? Text us a photo of your walls and we’ll guide you - fast, confidential and free.

How long does it take?

Most services take 3–4 hours, but timing depends on the number of rooms and the level of buildup. We’ll include a time estimate in your booking confirmation, and your technician will keep you updated throughout the visit.

What type of things do you clean off walls?

Crayon, markers, fingerprints, pet stains, nicotine/smoke damage, grease, food splatter, scuffs, and mystery grime - we’ve seen it all. Not sure if it’s cleanable? Snap a photo and text it to us. We’ll take a look and let you know!

Will you remove all stains and build up?

While we can’t promise every stain will come out, we do everything in our power to get your walls as clean as possible based on the service you select. Each level includes a clearly defined process - and we deliver exactly what’s outlined. If we notice during your walkthrough that you’d benefit from a higher service level, we’ll let you know before we begin. If something unexpected comes up mid-clean, we’ll talk through your options before wrapping up. Our goal? A transformation you’re thrilled with - delivered with honesty, transparency, and no surprises.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

For most services - yes. Our light and medium-duty cleanings are generally safe for kids and pets to remain at home during service. While our products aren’t fully non-toxic, we prioritize safe, effective solutions and always welcome special requests or preferred alternatives. If anyone in your household has sensitivities or immune concerns, just let us know so we can tailor the experience. For heavy-duty services, we typically recommend temporary ventilation and/or stepping out during cleaning.

For everyone’s safety, we do ask that kids and pets stay clear of our immediate work area - we carry supplies and equipment that could cause harm if misused or ingested.

How do I prep for service?

Before we arrive, please ensure:

Are your technicians vetted?

Absolutely - and thoroughly. We understand that inviting someone into your home is personal, and your safety is our top priority. Every technician goes through extensive background checks, multi-step interviews, and screening before they begin training or step into your space.

We don’t cut corners - your peace of mind matters. We hire for integrity and train for skill, ensuring you feel safe, respected, and in excellent hands.

When am I charged?

We charge 50% of your total at the time of booking. This non-refundable deposit secures your appointment on our schedule. The remaining balance is charged after your service is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we’re 100% cash-free. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What if I'm unhappy with my results?

Does that happen? 😏 (Kidding… mostly.)

At the end of every service, we’ll walk through the space with you to make sure you're happy before we wrap up. If something needs more attention, we can often take care of it on the spot. If additional service is needed, we’ll offer options and do our best to get you scheduled quickly.

While some surprises are just part of the process (especially when we uncover layers of buildup), we do our best to keep you informed as we go - so nothing feels unexpected at the end.

Do you have a minimum booking?

Yes - in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, our minimum booking is 3 rooms or $300.

For areas outside our core service zone, please contact us for special pricing, availability, and minimums.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

We don’t charge a separate cancellation fee, but your initial deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on our schedule.

We ask that cancellations be reserved for true emergencies, and that you contact us as soon as possible if something comes up. We're happy to explore solutions when needed - but keeping our schedule steady helps us serve everyone better.

Lockouts 🚪are billed at 100% of the service fee. If we arrive and can’t access your space, we’ll wait up to 30 minutes for a response. If we’re unable to proceed, the service will be treated as completed.
