Terms of Use & Service Expectations
Minimum Booking: A minimum of 3 rooms is required per service. We can accommodate as many rooms as you need.
Required Information: At booking, you’ll provide your contact info, home address, desired service date, and preferred arrival window (9AM–1PM or 11AM–3PM).
Note: On our calendar, “9AM” refers to the 9–1 window, and “11AM” to the 11–3 window.
Room & Service Selection: Enter the first three room names and select your best guess for each room’s service level. Final service level is always confirmed upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A $149 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your visit. Booking is confirmed upon payment.
Booking Confirmation: You’ll receive an immediate confirmation/receipt by email.
Reminders: We’ll send reminders 3 days and 1 day before service, and an “On The Way” text message the day of service.
No-Contact Option: You are not required to be home during service. If you can’t be present, please provide entry instructions and be available at least by text for walk-throughs and service updates.
Upon Arrival: We’ll confirm your selected rooms and service levels. If an upgrade is recommended and declined, we’ll deliver the service you ordered but cannot guarantee results if you choose a service level outside the scope of your needs. You may upgrade at any time, even after completion of the initial service order.
Professional Guidance: If we observe areas needing other services (e.g., painting, restoration), we’ll advise you to your benefit.
After Service Walk Through: At the end of service, we invite you to walk the service area with us to ensure your satisfaction. We'll attempt to remedy any dissatisfactions or accomodate any service upgrades at the time of service. If more time is needed then is available that day, then you will be scheduled in the soonest opening to complete your service. Once happy, you will be invited to share your experience with us and leave a tip for your technician. Tips and reviews are always appreciated and welcome.

Choose this for smoker walls
Best for serious buildup, smoker residue, years of neglect, sticky or layered grime, and surfaces not cleaned in a long time.
You may upgrade your service at any time.
The initial $149 deposit is non-refundable for all bookings.
There is a $50 rescheduling fee for any changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Lockouts (no access provided at the time of service) are billed at 100% of the full booking fee.
There is no formal cancellation fee—however, if you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.
To avoid fees, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, stains, or marks that cannot be removed.
Outcomes vary depending on wall material, age, and type of buildup. We do not guarantee “like new” results unless specified in writing.
If further restoration or repairs are needed, we will notify you.
It is your responsibility to inform us if your surfaces will be damaged by our processes and products. Please contact us for disclosure of full list of supplies and products. While our products are generally considered safe for most common surfaces we cannot guarantee they will be safe for all. We do not clean wallpapered walls or bare wood walls. For specialty services such as oiling log cabin walls, contact our office before scheduling service. Our service is typically best used on painted drywall and similar surfaces.
At the end of service, you’re invited to walk through and approve the work. If satisfied, you’ll sign off. If not, we'll work with you until you are, this may include touchups not charged and upgrades to service that are.
