We ask that cancellations be reserved for true emergencies, and that you contact us as soon as possible if something comes up. We're happy to explore solutions when needed - but keeping our schedule steady helps us serve everyone better.
Lockouts 🚪are billed at 100% of the service fee. If we arrive and can’t access your space, we’ll wait and attempt to reach you for up to 30 minutes. If we’re unable to proceed, the service will be treated as lockout.

Reschedules are charged a $75 fee if within 48 hours of your booking.
