If you decline our recommendation to upgrade service, you acknowledge the possibility of unsatisfactory results and waive all guarantees for those surfaces.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for issues that require solutions beyond cleaning (such as painting or repairs).

We will work with you to accomplish results you are happy with, however, due to the large variation in wall surface sensitivities coupled with the large variety of build ups and stains, we cannot guarantee any specific results. Instead, we offer full transparency of service protocols, inclusions and exclusions as well as flat rate pricing so you know what you will pay and what you will receive. We promise to do our best to anticipate and communicate any surface that may not respond well to our processes.
